Solar Powered Creation

I'm always a bit more energetic during the sunnier weather, it fills me with optimism and generally a bit more get up and go (although it needs discipline to leave the sunny garden and go start work in the darker studio).

However I'm not the only one running on solar here as with a bit of a 'Heath Robinson' set up involving one solar panel and two storage batteries, I have been able to run my polishing machines, drills & lights from the sunshine energy. It is another step towards making this jewellery in the cleanest greenest way I can. After all, I'm grateful when I complete my work that there is still a beautiful world outside to enter into.
